Amazing transformation
Very glad I used Home Pro for my remodeling project for my 1950's tile walled bathrooms! Kevin, salesperson, met with me multiple times as I was deciding on finishes and accessories for 2 baths. Chad, expert remodeler, did an outstanding job. Used drop cloths and cleaned up every day. Very meticulous. An amazing transformation. The wainscotting covering up the tile worked great. High quality materials. Simply beautiful.

We had a very satisfying experience. Brett Bradbury was very professional and personal. He did an excellent job informing us about Home Pro and their quality bathroom products. Brett asked questions about our needs and listened to our concerns. He viewed the bathroom, took measurements and discussed possible solutions. Brett went into great detail as to what the construction process would entail. We're looking forward to our remodel.

I had 3 quotes from bath remodeling companies. I went with bath planet leaf even though they were 3000.00 more then home pro of west Michigan. The reason for that is they could do it sooner. Well that was my mistake because they didn’t finish the job. I was taking out a spa tub and replacing it with a soaker tub. I knew it might be tricky but they assured me they would come up with the solution. When they came to install the new tub they looked at me and said do I know what do do with the space between my vanity and the tub. I told them the sales people said they would come up with a solution. They left me with a gap on the side of the tub and at the bottom of the tub. I was told they needed to have the floor put in but the flooring people said no that the flooring needed to be after the trim was complete. I even called Steve of bath planet leaf to talked to him. I gave him the flooring people’s phone number so they could talk to each other but Steve said he would call but when I called the flooring people they said Steve never called. I then stopped payment to get their attention but to no response. This well over a month or so and response. Long story short I should have gone with home pro of west Michigan. I paid more and waited even longer to have someone else come and finish the trim. Tim from Homepro of West Michigan called to check on how the remodeling went. and I told him I should have gone with their company Home pro of West Michigan.
